Refund policy
Since the products will be/are printed with your custom design, a
- return/refund or
- exchange
is not possible, unless you received a damaged, mislabeled, misproduced or wrong product. In that case please contact us immediately by providing the relevant information about the issue plus images of the product you need a refund or replacement for.
If you got the wrong product, that's for example the order of another customer, we will provide you with a return shipping label and ask you kindly to hand the product to your local post office.
If we delivered you the wrong size and/or color, or a damaged product, you can decide if you want to keep the product or send it back to us. Either way, you can also decide if you just want a refund or a replacement with the correct product.
If you decide to return the product, let us know in our already started conversation about the product issue and we will provide you with the return shipping label and relevant instructions in the next 48 hours.
Our customers are not responsible for return shipping costs in these cases, as required under § 439 Abs. 2 BGB for defective goods.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and us approving your reasons will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days after delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Background of our policy - exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases can't also be accepted.
In our case, the products you order from us are personalized items.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period
Even if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, and consumers usually have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason and without a justification, this right does not apply to personalized items according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
Customer Satisfaction
While personalized items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Refunds
If your issue and refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us again.
